FAQ

IMPORTANT NOTICE! Problem reinstalling the Android paid version (see question/answer below).
I have purchased the paid version of the app and after reinstalling it I see some contents locked, how may I unlock them?

Android version:
If you had purchased the app "Anatomy for the Artist" before the 2th of December 2016, you have probably installed th wrong version.
Be aware that into Google Play Store you will find the new version that includes In-app to unlock contents, it has a very similar name and icon to your old paid version (no longer available).

Paid version name (the one you have had purchased): "Anatomy for the Artist | P"
In-App version name (wrong version): "Anatomy for the Artist"

To download and install the correct version (the one you had purchased) follow these simple steps:

  1. Remove the wrong version if you have installed it
  2. Start Play Store app
  3. Open your account menu sliding from left border of the device or touching the icon on the left of the search field on top
  4. Visualize all the apps you have installed touching "My apps & games" (into "Apps & games")
  5. Touch "LIBRARY" button to show all your apps
  6. Find the paid version you had purchased named "Anatomy for the Artist | P" and install it.
(Do not download the app named "Anatomy for the Artist" )

iOS version:
If you had purchased the app "3D Anatomy for the Artist" before the 10th of December 2016, you have probably installed th wrong version.
Be aware that into Apple App Store you will find the new version that includes In-app to unlock contents, it has a very similar name and icon to your old paid version (no longer available).

To download and install the correct version (version 1.0.2, the one you had purchased) follow these simple steps:

  1. Remove the wrong version if you have installed it
  2. Start App Store app on the device
  3. Be sure to be logged in with the same account you used to buy the app
  4. If you have an iPad: tap on “Purchased” button, at the bottom the screen, this will show all the apps you have bought.
If you have an iPhone: tap on “Updates” button, at the bottom the screen, then on “Purchased” on top. This will show all the apps you have bought.
  5. Find the paid version (version 1.0.2) you had purchased and install it.
(Do not download app version 1.2 or superior

I have purchased In-App contents but they are still locked, how may I unlock them (Android version)?
If you have purchased In-App contents and they are still locked, be sure to be connected to Internet and logged in to Google Play store (with your correct account) and then try to open the app again and click on a locked content, which now is supposed to correctly unlock.
If In-App contents should still keep being locked, please follow this step-by-step procedure:

  1. Clear cache and unistall the app
  2. Connect to Internet and log in to Google Play store with the proper account
  3. Install the app
  4. Open it and click on a locked content
  5. Now it should correctly unlock

I have purchased the app, may I install it on another device with a different OS?
No, licence is granted to the specific OS. For example, if you have purchased the iPhone version you can't install it on your Mac or PC.
However you can install it on all your devices that share the same OS. Of course you can use the iOS version on both your iPhone and your iPad, or the Android version on any Android device whether it be phone or tablet.

Why a full body scene is not available?
Since our anatomical models are very detailed and since they require a lot of device resources, we have intentionally divided the body in sections in order to let the device run more smoothly and with less memory consumption. Possibly in the future, and only for the most performant devices, we will provide a full body scene.

Is muscle description translated only in english?
Yes, in the current version anatomical terms are translated in 11 languages while the description of origin, insertion, innervation and action is translated only in english. More transaltions might be available in the near future.

I have problems with visualization of models (Android only), why does it happen?
if you experience problems with the visualization of bones and muscles (e.g. they appear black), we suggest you to try to delete the app, re-start the device and download and install the app again. Usually this solves the issue. With some devices this problem might occur at some point, probably after a system update.
